Account verification

It only takes a couple of steps to verify your account. You need to log into your FloCash account and go to your ‘’summary page’‘. Click on the ‘’not verified’’ link and we require two types of identification to be uploaded here.

1 Company Certificate of corporation

2 A company bank statement with the company address visible. This address needs to be the same as the address you registered to your FloCash account.

Once these are uploaded the status on your summary page will change to ‘’verify pending’‘. FloCash will manually check the uploaded IDs and verify your account when satisfied. If there is any issue you will receive an email from Flocash support team. When all has been approved, the status on your summary page will change to ‘’verified’‘.
