What if I have forgotten my password?

• Go to the main login page, you’ll see the place to input your username and password. You’ll see below “forgot password?” and click.
• Then enter your FloCash username and you’ll receive a temporary password via email.
• After login you can create a new password.

What if I cannot see the Capcha?

• You can refresh your page, and if you still cannot see Capcha, please send an email to customer support at: http://support@flocash.com
