How do I verify my account

*How do I verify my address? *

• Go to summary page in your FloCash account and request that your address is verified.
• You will receive an automated email with a verification code.
• Then go to your summary page and click on verify address and click on submit.

*How do I verify my bank account? *

• Go to profile page in your FloCash account. And click on Add bank account.
• Fill out all requested fields and you will receive a confirmation and an email with a verification code.
• Then go to profile page, click on manage across your bank account and enter the verification you received via email.
• You will get notification of successful verification.

*How do I verify my credit or debit card? *

• Go to profile page in your FloCash account and click on manage across from debit or credit cards.
• Click on add card and fill out the requested fields and submit
• Select the card you just added and click verify.
• You will see message ‘’card verification process has begun. Please check your email for more details.’‘
• Then go to profile and click to verify card.
• Enter the verification code you received via email into the box and submit.
• You will see that card has been successfully verified.
